Terms and Conditions for Wedding Photography Editorial Workshop at The Merribee, NSW
1. Workshop Location and Restrictions
1.1 The workshop will be held exclusively at The Merribee Retreat, NSW.
1.2 Attendees are expected to stay with the retreat group, and are not permitted to photograph any other parts of The Merribee grounds during the retreat.
2. Use of Photographs
2.1 Attendees must not use photographs acquired during this retreat to depict or imply they were hired by a couple to shoot a wedding at The Merribee Retreat.
2.2 When sharing photographs from the retreat on Instagram, websites, or other social platforms, attendees must clearly state that the images were taken during Ashleigh Haase's workshop at The Merribee Retreat.
2.3 Attendees are requested to tag The Merribee Retreat and Ashleigh Haase in any photos they share on social platforms.
3. Attendee Limit
3.1 The workshop is limited to ten attendees, not including models or vendors engaged by Ashleigh Haase.
4. Tickets and Attendance
4.1 Tickets are non-refundable.
4.2 Tickets are transferable. If an attendee cannot attend, they are responsible for finding a suitable replacement, subject to approval by Ashleigh Haase and The Merribee Retreat.
5. Accommodation and Amenities
5.1 The ticket includes 3 nights onsite accommodation from check in Monday 14th July through to checking out Thursday 17th July. Attendees will have their own bed, with shared bathroom facilities.
5.2 All main meals and drinks (non alcoholic) during the workshop are provided. Water and soft drinks will be readily available throughout the duration of the retreat at no additional cost. While we provide main meals, any food or drinks ordered outside of these designated meal times will be the responsibility of the attendees and must be paid for at their own expense. We encourage you to plan accordingly for any additional food or beverage needs you might have outside of the scheduled meal times.
5.3 It is the attendees responsibility to notify Ashleigh Haase and The Merribee of any dietary requirements no later than 1 month from the retreat date.
6. Liability for Damages
6.1 Attendees will be held responsible for any damage to property caused by themselves and agree to cover the costs of any damages.
7. Workshop Conduct
7.1 Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times.
7.2 Inappropriate behaviour may lead to removal from the workshop without a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All instructional content provided by Ashleigh Haase during the workshop remains her intellectual property and cannot be reproduced, shared, or sold without explicit permission.
9. Health and Safety
9.1 Attendees must follow all health and safety guidelines provided.
9.2 Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety and must inform the organiser of any medical or dietary needs.
10. Travel, Equipment, and Personal Belongings
10.1 Attendees are responsible for their own travel to and from the workshop.
10.2 Attendees must manage their own equipment and personal belongings.
10.3 Ashleigh Haase and The Merribee Retreat are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
11. Force Majeure
11.1 In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), the workshop may be rescheduled or canceled.
11.2 Tickets will be valid for the new date or can be transferred to another individual.
11.3 If canceled by the organisers, a full refund will be provided.
12. Image Rights
12.1 Attendees grant Ashleigh Haase the right to use any images or videos from the workshop for promotional and educational purposes.
13. Privacy Policy
13.1 Personal information will be used solely for workshop administration and will not be shared without consent.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Disputes will be resolved through discussion, or if necessary, by the relevant courts in which Ashleigh Haase resides (Victoria, Australia).
15. Agreement and Compliance
15.1 By attending the workshop, attendees agree to all terms and conditions.
15.2 Non-compliance may lead to removal from the workshop and potential legal action.
16. Acknowledgment of Terms
16.1 Attendees acknowledge understanding and agreeing to the terms by participating in the workshop.
